What is your shipping policy?
All items are delivered via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Standard delivery time to US destinations may sometimes be slightly delayed due to weather, holidays and peak seasons and varies between products shipped from the U.S. and those shipped from overseas. We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
Products are processed in 2-3 days and shipped from warehouses in both the U.S. and overseas therefore some items from one order may be shipped at separate times. You will receive a shipping notification and tracking number when your order has been shipped.

What is your return policy?
Please check all merchandise as soon as possible when received. Peridot Market must be notified of returns within 3 days of receipt of order. Items must be in new condition and unworn with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
All swimsuits, bodysuits, intimates, lingerie, jewelry, face masks, pet supplies, jigsaw puzzles, health and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please use our online contact us form at peridotmarket.com if you need to return an item or if you have questions about your order. You will be emailed a return authorization number which must be included with the return and we will email you where to mail your return.
Send return back within 4 days. Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if above criteria are not met.
We want you to be happy with your purchase and will do what we can to make everything right.
